Foundation Performance Co. is a female-owned and operated athlete development company dedicated to helping athletes build strong foundations for success in sport and life. Our coaches are current and former athletes, coaches, and current and former Division I players who bring real-world experience and a passion for developing confident, resilient competitors. While we specialize in softball instruction, we work with athletes of all sports to strengthen mindset, improve performance, and develop the mental toughness needed to thrive.
